Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the money coming Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through approved local payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and selected bank transfer services. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation before processing.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. money coming is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Payments originating from third-party accounts may be refused, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, money coming and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, profits, or business opportunities.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. money coming does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability.
In circumstances where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, money coming's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
money coming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account action.
In cases of voluntary account closure, users may request the withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance before closing. Balances associated with accounts suspended for violations may be withheld pending investigation. money coming will communicate the reason for suspension where it is lawfully permitted to do so.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the money coming Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of money coming or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization.
